Ojiya



This is "Ojiya" that is Japanese rice soup made from cooked rice and water.
I made it with egg and umeboshi.
The reason why I made this, because my husband had a acute enteritis...sigh...
It's easy on his stomach. :) He is continuing to eat it for a week.

Recently, Norovirus is spreading rapidly in Japan.

Fortunately he was not infected with Norovirus. :)
